Our mid-range boilers are more robust and are chosen for their longevity and reliability. These appliances come with 5 to 7 year manufacturer-backed warranties and are very suitable when choosing a boiler for your own home.
 
Our top of the range models come with 8 to 12 year manufacturer-backed warranties and are compatible with intelligent heating controls. These boilers are ideal for situations where maximising energy efficiency is the primary concern.

Choosing the right installers

When investing in a new boiler it is always worth having it installed by someone who specialises in that brand. If a boiler is fitted in exactly the manner the manufacturer intended, then it is certainly going to last longer and work more reliably.
 
Around 1.6 million replacement boilers are installed in Britain each and every year.

Sadly, around 50% of these installations are Sub Standard for one reason or another.

These faults range from clerical issues, such as the installer failing the register the warranty with the boiler manufacturer, right through to the boiler not being fitted in accordance with the boiler maker’s published installation instructions.

Failure to register the warranty or to fit the product correctly renders the warranty invalid.

With ever changing regulations it is vital that the installer is fully abreast of current legislation, otherwise your new boiler could prove to be a costly mistake.
