The benefits of our Priority Service Club

Our Priority Service Club doesn’t just cover boiler and gas fire problems, it covers all and any plumbing, heating or drainage issues. Our plan gives you unlimited free call-outs to absolutely any plumbing matter. 

Also included are huge discounts against our usual cost of parts and labour repairs, for items that are not under a manufacturer’s warranty.

If you have a problem with something that is still under guarantee, we’ll happily handle your warranty claim against the manufacturer if you wish.

Also included is a thorough, robust yearly service and safety check of your boiler and gas fire, if your fire is included.
If you have recently had a new boiler, your manufacturer’s warranty is conditional upon the boiler being correctly serviced every year. Failure to keep servicing up to date will invalidate any warranty you might have. 

Every boiler manufacturer insists upon their boilers being correctly serviced to keep the warranty in force. 

If you have an older boiler, or a boiler not under warranty, it is still highly beneficial to keep it properly maintained.

Costs just £8.50 per month for your boiler and heating system or just £11.50 per month if you also include your gas fire

How it works

You pay £8.50 per month by direct debit, or £11.50 if a gas fire is included.

From the day we receive your completed application, the above call out and discount benefits become valid.

Within 12 months or less, we will carry out a thorough and robust overhaul of your gas appliances. We may carry out this service much sooner than 12 months, to bring your repeat service date into line with other customers in your area.

We repeat the thorough service annually for the lifetime of your membership with us.

There are no tie-ins, and no minimum period of contract. 

You are free to leave at any time at your discretion. It is our aim to keep your custom by keeping you happy with our service.

If you have an older boiler, not fitted by us and it is in need of a service immediately, you will need to have an upfront service carried out straight away, costing £90 for a boiler only or £120 for a boiler and gas fire.

All boiler manufacturers produce written servicing instructions for each model of boiler they make. These instructions obviously vary from one make and model to another. The above is a guide to what a typical service includes, but an actual service may vary slightly in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions.
